I would like to take this opportunity to publicly express our gratitude towards ViewLethbridge real estate agency, and especially to Durrell who was our go to agent while purchasing our home. We heard about ViewLethbridge through a referral, and we chose to place our trust in their hands to handle this process for us remotely considering we are based in Ontario, whilst planning our move to Alberta. From the start we were met with friendliness, helpfulness, promptness, efficiency and great customer care approach. Durrell was simply amazing, always avaliable to answer all of our inquiries, fast and effective when delivering on  the virtual showings, real estate analysis, inspection assistance ,and back and forth  negotiations. My wife and were looking to purchase a home in Lethbridge from Ontario. It was a challenging task, from such a distance. Reaching out to real estate agents about homes we were interested in was a bit of hit and miss at best, until I got a call from Durell Avison who is one of the agents on the View Lethbridge team at Lethbridge Real Estate.

In short duration I knew through our communication that Durell was our Real Estate agent. Unlike the other agents I'd contacted, Durell responded quickly and was more than happy to offer his phone number to make communication much more convenient.

I had lots of questions and concerns about purchasing a home so far away from us. Durell made it easy. Not only were the texts, emails, and phone calls answered quickly, he also gave me his time to answer my questions in detail. It wasn't uncommon for me to contact him several times in a day. Every time he responded in minutes and was courteous enough to get back to me as soon as he was free, at times he was busy.

My wife and I planned to be In Lethbridge on a Monday April 18th. Durell suggested a hotel not to far from his office. It was a great spot and had an excellent restaurant there as well. Before we left, we had been looking online and had found several houses that looked promising. Durell arranged a viewing on one we really liked and gave us a Skype viewing. He even drove around the area on the Skype call and let us see what it was like. Nevertheless we didn't feel comfortable in placing an offer without coming to Lethbridge and seeing the city and homes ourselves. Durell understand and agreed he was more than pleased to reserve time for us for our search when we got there. He knew he'd be able to find us a new home even though we weren't yet that confident .

When we got to Lethbridge on Sunday, he called to ensure we arrived safely and asked if we needed a day to relax before starting our search. All was good and we met up as planned on the Monday morning at the Lethbridge Real Estate office. We even brought our dog who was welcomed and met another couple friendly dogs who also enjoyed the four legged company. Everyone was so laid back and friendly. My wife and I were impressed by the nice office, friendly staff and easy reassuring atmosphere. Durell made us feel like we were a priority client. We made a plan together, he showed us lots of potential homes on the big screen office projector (nice touch to see the places on such a big screen) and after quickly arranging viewings  off we went in the order of preference. Within four viewings we had found a place we could see as our new home. An offer was put together and Durell and his team ViewLethbridge did the rest. It was all easy peasy.

Not only did Durell and his team make it easy, he helped us in so many other practical ways. He knew we had no connections or way of deciding about many services we would need when we got there. Durell showed us the local gym , (which coincidently we were members of back in Ontario), suggested places to eat, visit, and even helped with deciding on security cameras, insurance, and lawyers. Durell Avison is well, well connected in the community. He knows Lethbridge and if he doesn't have the information his experienced team works together to help their clients. This is key. Many real estate companies have agents who are competitive with one another. The View Lethbridge team is really that, a team and a very good one at that. I know some may think this review is too good to be true. It isn't. I wish I could please you and give those of you who may doubt the authenticity of my review a critical aspect of the service Durelland his team provided, but I'd be lying if I did so.
